It’s time for the 2026 Annual General Assembly Meeting

    When: January 31, 2026
    Time: 10:00 am ~ Doors Open at 9:30 am
    Where: San Carlos Yacht Club (Located in the SC Marina)

    *If you CANNOT ATTEND this meeting please print, sign and turn in your voting proxy*

    How to receive and turn in your Proxies:

    • Starting Monday, January 19th Proxies are available.  Please contact Daniela Cancio, our administrator to get yours.  She can be reached at +52 622 163 1280.
    • Beginning, Wednesday, January 21st Victoria Lopez (Lot #490) will accept your signed proxies. Please schedule a time to drop them off.  She can be reached at +310-283-1336.
    • There will be blank Proxies available at the Guard House to sign if you are not able to print them in advance. Please submit your proxy by January 29th.

    *Please note: If you cannot deliver your signed proxy to Victoria Lopez, Daniela Cancio or another association member that will be present at the annual meeting, please mail your signed and witnessed voting proxy it to:

    Thonda has agreed to let us use her P.O. Box in Nogales, AZ for receiving USA mailed voting proxies. We will send a messenger to pick them up and deliver them to a board member. Due to new legal requirements, we cannot use emailed copies of proxies.                                    

    DUES are due!!

    On January 24th, Victoria will collect dues and proxies at lot #403 (Car Port) from 1pm –4pm. As mentioned previously, she will be available most afternoons starting Wednesday, January 21st between 1pm and 4pm. Please contact her ahead of time to schedule a drop off time.

    You can also reach out to Daniela to make payment arrangements.

    Your 2026 dues can also be paid at the Annual General Assembly Meeting on January 31st.

    Homes/Built Lots $12,500 MXN or $695 USD            
    Unimproved Lots $4,200 MXN or $235 USD
    Maintenance Fees for Non-Members:
    Homes/Built Lots $12,500 MXN  or $695 USD

    • A partir del miércoles 21 de enero, Victoria López (Lote #490) aceptará sus cartas poder firmadas. Por favor, programe una hora para entregarlas. Puede contactarla al +1 310-283-1336.
    • Habrá cartas poder en blanco disponibles en la Caseta de Vigilancia para firmar si no puede imprimirlas con anticipación. Por favor, entregue su carta poder a más tardar el 29 de enero.

    ¡¡Vencimiento de CUOTAS!!

    El 24 de enero, Victoria recibirá cuotas y cartas poder en el lote #403 (Car Port) de 1:00 pm a 4:00 pm. Como se mencionó anteriormente, ella estará disponible la mayoría de las tardes a partir del miércoles 21 de enero entre la 1:00 pm y las 4:00 pm. Por favor, contáctela con anticipación para programar una hora de entrega.
