The Caracol Peninsula neighborhood is located in San Carlos Nuevo Guaymas in the northern state of Sonora, Mexico. The town of San Carlos is a coastal community near the city of Guaymas. San Carlos lies on the Gulf of California also known as the Sea of Cortez. The Caracol Peninsula neighborhood is built on a hill overlooking the San Carlos Marina, Bahia San Carlos, the Gulf of California, the incredible, rugged mountains and San Carlos’s own focal point, Tetakawi. Cobblestone roads and the palm tree lined Cotton Cove Beach add to the beauty offering a unique place to reside.
